Once your confidence improves you will find yourself feeling more energetic, decisive, and in general appreciative of the better things life has to offer you.

Finally, dance classes are also good for your brain. It is a fact that the fun factor that comes with dancing will stimulate your brain more than other exercises, such as Yoga. You will also have to memorize the steps and that will help improve the ability of the brain and body to synchronize and work better together.
