It's that Christmas time of the year and you may be in panic mode or you might be one of those happy go lucky shoppers. Whatever your case is, it's now time to buy. I have found out that Amazon is the perfect place to shop whether you are a procrastinator or one of those types that gets all their Christmas shopping completed in July. If Amazon does not sell it, it's not made. Period.

Depending on what time of the year that you are reading this, my Christmas strategy is always the same. Order online and get it done. Follow a few simple rules and you can stay well within your budget. Careful planning is the key. Yes, you can shoot from the hip and still get your shopping done. Just stay under your top limit of spending if you are not much of a planner.

I like to do research on my gifts for Christmas. Amazon, Walmart, and Target have incredible product reviews. Manufactures like Hasbro and Matel are very resourceful. If this is not your style, then you will love my methods. Go to Amazon and pick a category for gifts, click a few links, and you will be done. You could be complete in less than an hour without wrapping a single present yourself. In fact, you may never have to even touch the gift if you choose to have it shipped gift wrapped.

Get a list going and stick to it. You don't have to keep anything fancy. The list is mostly to help you NOT forget any person. I have forgotten people before and chances are I will do it again. Just do a favorites at your favorite online retailer. They do this to keep you as a customer. I use them kind of like "free parking".
