If you have failed when repeatedly trying to conceive there is another way for you to become a mother, through surrogate parenting. If you and your husband are unable to have a child do not want to go through adoption, a surrogate mom be the answer you need to complete your desire of becoming parents. You can even go through anonymous invitro fertilization at a sperm back, where the donor will never know his sperm has been used.

But before you even get to that stage you have to sign a legal agreement. The donors rights to the child will be agreed upon here. The laws on surrogate parenting, and hiring surrogate moms vary from state to state. You should make sure you understand all the laws specific to you and the state before you proceed with the surrogacy.

The surrogacy can happen in a number of ways. Some actually surrogate moms who plan to give up all rights of the baby, do not want a close intimate relationship with the new mom. Depending on the law or the agreement, some surrogate may want to keep the option of holding onto the baby and/or being involved in the upbringing.

The general consensus around surrogacy is that it works best on woman who have already conceived children of their own. The thinking is that if they previously have went through pregnancy before they should be less susceptible to being attached to the baby after he or she is born, especially more so if their own family is complete and they do not want any more children of their own.

So what are the reasons that drive women to become surrogate moms? Well it can be quite rewarding financially for a start. Any medical bills incurred during the pregnancy will also be taken care of.
